The third method of exchanging knowledge in the company is something we are constantly working on. We have named this tool very originally - DIGIBOOK, or one book that is to collect all the knowledge of the team.


Well, I came across an approach according to which a company should strive to detach knowledge from people.

Typically this topic appears in a rather uninteresting context, namely employee replaceability.

I rather want to create one place where every employee can look for inspiration for action. It's not always the case that we have time to organize a quick team call.

Hence the plan to create one document that would collect our knowledge in the field of campaign optimization and content creation.
