We have two ways to get Google to remove a fake philippine cp number review.
1.- Mark the review as inappropriate
We must log into our Google My Business account and go to the “Reviews” section and in the 3-dot icon we select the “Mark as inappropriate” option.

Just as we as managers of the file can do it, any Internet user can do it too.
Simply go to your Google My Business listing and in the reviews section, select the review as inappropriate.
Based on my experience, Google responds more quickly to the number of inappropriate review requests it receives, so we should ask acquaintances (if possible) to check this option.
2.- Fill out the Google My Business review form
As simple as filling out the different fields of the form offered by Google My Business and that's it.
