JSC Rusatom Infrastructure Solutions (RIS, part of the Rosatom State Corporation) has completed the first stages of digitalization of resource supply and municipal services in three regions of central Russia. Pilot projects using its own software package for energy and housing and communal services, Digital Heat Supply, have been implemented in Voronezh, Lipetsk and Kurchatov (Kursk Region). The result of the digital transformation will be increased efficiency of the energy and heat grid complex, reduced losses, emergency situations and accidents.

In particular, a digital database italy cell phone number list of heat consumption facilities has been created in Voronezh, the process of adjusting modes in one of the city's microdistricts has been automated, and the ability to control and evaluate the quality of face-to-face customer service in the "online" mode has been created. For more effective control over the preparation of buildings for the heating season, digital passports of heat-receiving units (HRU) in apartment buildings and social facilities have been generated. During the project, the "Central Panel" module was launched, displaying information in three main sections: eliminating incidents and emergency situations, preparing for the autumn-winter period, and working with requests and complaints from city residents. Access to the module is available to employees of the branch of PJSC "Quadra" "Voronezh Generation" (part of RIR), government officials and authorized persons.

as "Central Panel", "Fuel and Energy Balances", "Mode Analysis" have been deployed. They allow to build normative and actual balances of distribution of heat carrier and thermal energy among consumers, promptly identify leaks, heat losses. Also, the software package uses elements of artificial intelligence, allowing to compare current readings of consumption or resource consumption with normative or average up to 1 time per minute. The system itself will notify users if deviations are detected. As a result, the efficiency of the enterprise and the speed of response to emergency situations - for example, pipeline ruptures - are increased.

In Kurchatov, a dispatching system for heat supply facilities of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "GTS" has been implemented. It allows all necessary operating parameters to be displayed online: pressure, current water and heat carrier temperature, resource consumption, etc. In the future, it is planned to install key modules of the "Digital Heat Supply" and replicate it to other city facilities.
