Very often we send customers samples. If the customer is not sure whether, for example, a certain fabric color, shade of wood or texture suits them, we send a set of samples by courier. The customer can try it on with other elements in the apartment and see that this is the shade, material and this piece of furniture will also go great in the apartment. Later, we collect it from them, and the customer is sure that this is what they wanted.
