In most of these things, the element that changes is the visual side. But imagine a situation where you prepare several creative variants for different target groups at the same time and devote three of them to each letter "Z".

As a result, you are able to determine which of the “Z” techniques appealed to a given target group. This in turn gives you a whole spectrum of possibilities for testing health, profits and relationships, and boosting the effectiveness of your ads depending on which groups you are targeting.
