It's all still fairly neutral except for the word "paternity leave," but that's not the author's fault. A think tank controlled by evil forces is surely responsible for this, or a person in a high position to whom one cannot explain the words "social responsibility" because, well...

In her well-worth-reading book "Political Framing," author Elisabeth Wehling describes how much our actions are determined by so-called frames. What we read and how we interpret what we read determines our actions, forcing them into a framework, so to speak.
