I'm still getting to grips with the new Google Search Console (GSC), and I find the UI a bit confusing at times. Here are the steps to submit (or resubmit) a page to be indexed.
(1) Inspect the URL in the toolbar.
It's hidden in plain sight. At the top of the new GSC, bangladesh number data a "Inspect any URL..." search box. To resubmit a URL, you'll need to inspect it first.
GSC Search Bar
Simply enter the full URL you want to resubmit and press [Enter].
(2) Request indexing (re-).
GSC will return a status page with the current index status and some additional information. Whether you are indexing the URL for the first time or re-indexing it, however, click "Request Index"...

In most of our 301-redirect reversal scenarios, you should get a status of "URL is on Google." If the URL is not currently indexed, the rest of the page will contain diagnostic details.
