They have no choice in inheriting from that main domain. They are starting from square one. They have to build it over time. While it is possible, just know that it leaves you behind. You are far behind the starting line in this situation by not being able to touch that main domain using a subdomain or microsite.

If you find yourself in this situation and you can negotiate it, just make sure that the company that is hiring you is giving you enough time to prove the value of SEO. It’s tried and true for a reason, but cameroon number data is a marathon. It’s not a sprint. It’s not pay to pay like paid advertising. In this situation, just make sure that whoever is hiring you is giving you enough time.

A lot of time depends on how competitive the targets are. If they're asking you, "Hey, I'm going to test you for this really, really competitive, high-volume keyword or group of keywords and you only have a month to do it," then you're setting yourself up for failure in that situation. Either ask them for more time, or maybe I won't do it. So testing a new agency or consultant is definitely something that can affect your ability to launch on one domain type versus another.

Disadvantages!
I'm just going to wrap up some of the cons. A lot of them will be repeated, but just keep an eye on these things as a way of reviewing.
