Your Bot is not a therapist

Things to keep in mind while creating your plan:
1.-Avoid covering everything with text:
You don’t need to write all over the place how amazing your company is – that’s what the “About Us” page is for – but if you really need to mention it, make a whole separate section for that purpose.
Introduce your Bot in a friendly way and always keep the greeting short and clean, without wasting time.

2.-Promise only what you can fulfill:
Don't pretend that your Bot is a human or smarter than it really is, as this will only create a ig data false illusion and will ultimately be a disappointment for your users, who have unconsciously increased their expectations of your Bot.
So your greeting should look something like this:
I'm Barnie, the Nom-Nom Bot assistant!
