I recently heard Chris Natzke speak on his book titled Black Belt Leadership: 7 Keys to creating a life of purpose by discovering your inner champion. I enjoyed his talk so much that I picked up a copy of his book so I could learn more.

Being a life-long learner is something I’m committed to and having the mindset of a champion is one of the keys to this. Chris talks about mastery and gives examples of individuals whatsapp number list whose mastery extended beyond having simple command, great skilfulness or knowledge of a subject.

When we allow our gift of mastery to expand,

we can achieve true expression of our being. This self-mastery is not only represented by what we do or what we possess, but is demonstrated as a state of being in our daily lives. As we attain higher levels of mastery we realize there is so much more to learn and true masters realize they are never finished learning. They are humble students and realize that the road to mastery never ends.

Chris defines a champion as someone who is on a journey to master the champion inside themselves that leads them to producing results in the outer world. It’s a matter of conscious choice, inner nurturing and discipline that allow our Inner Champion to emerge.

He talks about being a “Life Champion”,

omeone who sets powerful goals and achieves them, who moves through life’s adversity with strength and grace and lives a life of service to others.

His personal philosophy of happiness and success; Seven Qualities of Black Belt Leadership are the principles Chris teaches in his book.
