Welcome Thomas Hissong to On Purpose Leadership!

On Purpose Leadership is growing, AGAIN, and we couldn’t be more proud! We are pleased to introduce Thomas Hissong as our new Chief Development Officer and Senior Advisor. He will help guide the growth of our organization, provide essential personnel and client organization development expertise, and bring much enthusiasm to our company.
Thomas is a proven adult education facilitator with extensive experience as Director
of Training of a corporate university with a Fortune 100 company, and he has senior management and leadership expertise in many varied and diverse organizational settings.
Tom has earned his Master of Education (M.Ed.) Degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University; a certificate in Entrepreneurial phone number library Studies from the University of Colorado, Bard Center for Entrepreneurship; and a Bachelors Degree in Education (B.S.Ed.) from Central Michigan University. He is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration (EMBA) Degree with Colorado State University’s Executive MBA program in Denver. His research interests include organizational development, change management, and international business.
Thomas is passionate about personal development
and working with adult learners to enhance their skills, their careers, and their lives; and a masterful guide for organizations seeking to define their needs and skills for future employees. He has lectured to business and professional organizations across the United States and Canada on business and marketing topics throughout his career.
Thomas maintains training certifications from the Forum Corporation in Face-To-Face Selling Skills, Managing Face-To-Face Selling Skills, and Sales Negotiations. All are strong, research-based programs that have a proven track record, and which he has customized to meet the individual training needs of numerous organizations. In addition he has recently attained his Franklin Covey Leadership Series training certification and he is preparing to launch a module of that program entitled Leading Across Generations for On Purpose Leadership’s key clients.
