For example, a mother wanted to have an abortion, or a father wanted a boy, but a girl was born. Or a Rhesus conflict between a child and a mother. All this is reflected in the life scenario: "They didn't want me, life is a dangerous thing."

A completely different scenario is formed for a person who was expected, loved and accepted into the world with joy.

When a child is born, it goes through a preverbal stage, when it cannot yet speak. During this period, it develops scenarios for satisfying needs. The child is completely dependent on adults, it is not aware of its biological needs and receives what adults give, in the form and at the time they consider correct. This is how a scenario of secure or insecure attachment is formed, which affects self-esteem, the ability to trust and close relationships. It also forms strategies for achieving goals and relationships with food, which can later manifest itself in weight problems.

If a person has been filled with care and love since childhood, he will not have to compensate for this with food as a source of quick dopamine pleasure.

Before the age of four, a child learns to define his desires and present them to the world. This is the time of the first separation and exploration of the world - the child begins to explore his independence and set boundaries that define his sense of autonomy and competence.

Interaction with parents and other significant adults shapes the child's ideas about their own abilities and limitations. In the future, this will be reflected in how a person expresses themselves, declares their desires, follows the impulse of knowledge, as well as their ability to tolerate or not tolerate where it is not necessary.

If the environment was unfavorable, the child reacts brazil email list the body and "tenses up." Are they yelling at him? He pulls his head into his shoulders, trying to become as inconspicuous as possible. Are they not allowed to get angry and show feelings? He clenches his fists and jaw. This is how muscle armor is formed, and the reaction is "sealed" in the body: "If they yell at you, you have to endure it and leave the conflict zone, pulling your head in just in case."

This scenario can be realized in such a way that during a quarrel a person, if the situation and the opponent allow, will also shout. But most often he will shout at those who are weaker. And he will never learn to defend his truth, if necessary.

Identity and Competence Scenario (5-8 years)
The child observes how parents communicate with each other, how they express attention and love to him. After that, he will play out these scenarios with precision, or go "from the opposite". Through achievements and actions, he will prove to the mom or dad living inside him that he is worthy of love, that he can be loved as he is - imperfect.
