Website development on 1C-Bitrix

Post by monira444 »

It would seem that all popular modifications are present on the Bitrix marketplace. There are simple and complex, free and paid - there are hundreds of them!

Over more than twenty years of its development history, the Bitrix platform has produced and accumulated many useful improvements made by both the platform's own specialists and other developers.

The most necessary things are already included in the basic functionality of one or another ready-made solution.

The customer only needs to choose what is necessary and implement it on the site for the effectiveness of the online business.

At the same time, many have a need for non-standard modifications. Such tasks are interesting because of their unusualness and complexity.

As the customers of such modifications say: "You will have something to be proud of!"

This is also a revision, but it is still not a revision of the facebook data Bitrix components. Although it often happens that without a deep revision of the template of one or another ready-made and installed component, the designer's imagination cannot be realized.

For example, recent Bitrix improvements.

It would seem to be a standard NEWS component. The news itself (as an element) has an announcement and details. Everything is clear, but the designer comes up with the following. The news announcements on the main page should have their own photos, not a photo of the announcement.

Therefore, in the NEWS info block, we add the Announcement property for the main page (photo for the main page), type “file” and configure the output of this already custom property in the parameters of the news element and in the news output block on the main page (List of news - bitrix:news.list) in the data source we specify our property, or rather its symbolic code.

And on the news page we already display the photo of the announcement as an element. And these photos are of different sizes.

So this revision required adding a custom property to the info block and additional CSS layout for PC and mobile.

It seems to be simple and fast, but it requires coordinating the sizes with the designer and briefing the content manager.
