To access your files in Google Drive, you have two simple mechanisms:

From your browser
You simply have to enter google.com/drive in your search engine.
Supported browsers are Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer .
In others like Opera, it may work but with direct moving leads email list errors, so take your precautions in this regard.
I recommend you use Google Drive from Chrome, since the edit mode is very useful and only works correctly with Google Chrome.
As an application
To install the app , simply go to your account, press the wheel at the top right and the “Download Drive” option.
You can also download it from this address google.com/drive/download/ for iOS and Android. Remember to accept the terms and conditions!
The first step after it is installed is to enter your Google credentials.
After several screens explaining everything about the application, you will be able to see a Google Drive folder with its distinctive icon.
And that's it, you can start syncing! Make sure to set the app to your preferences.
Tricks to get the most out of Google Drive
You already know the advantages of having this tool, but do you really know how to make the most of it?
Here are some tips to help you use Google Drive wisely.
Import the files you have created
No more copying and pasting. Importing files from your Google Drive is pretty easy.
From the application you can do it by clicking on “new” and then “upload”, to import individual files or entire folders.
In the settings you will have several options:
On the other hand, there is a virtual folder on your desktop, so you just have to make a copy of the files you want to save, and that's it!
Invite your colleagues to collaborate
As I mentioned previously, one of the great advantages of Google Drive is that it allows the same document to be modified by several people, but they will be the people to whom you have given permission.
This is perfect and ideal for work teams.
The way to do it is: in a spreadsheet, you will see in the upper right corner a blue button that says “share.”
So you just need to press it and index the email of the person(s) you want to also edit the sheet.
In addition to this, in the window that opens after pressing “share” you will have an options bar, so you can decide what your colleagues can do with the document: edit, comment, or just view, without being able to make changes to the document.
Using the “Advanced” button that will appear in that same window, after pressing “share”, you will be able to see the link used and the buttons to share the document link at the top.

The list of people with access to this is also displayed and by pressing “change” you can do whatever you want with the permissions.
If you choose to make your document public, it may be viewed by crawlers and appear in Google search results pages.
With the “anyone with the link” option you will be allowing anyone to view the document, but they will need to know the link to access the file, so you will need to send it to them.
On the other hand, you can immediately see who is viewing your file at the top of the screen, as the people connected to Google will appear with their name and photo. Anyone who does not have a Google account will be identified as anonymous.
