The last point worth mentioning is respect for other people's work. If someone works, applies themselves and really doesn't slack off - and no one in digitalk does that - it means they're trying.
And sometimes it works (fortunately, in the vast majority of cases it does), and sometimes it doesn't. But the fact that a project doesn't work out is a consequence of a number of factors, including those I mentioned a moment ago.
So I think that work should be paid for. And maybe this is a rather old-fashioned portugal rcs data approach, but then I prefer to be a bit out of date in this respect.
And that's it from me, I hope I didn't seem particularly agitated to you, although this topic does stir up a lot of emotions in me. Especially since in the current situation many agencies use it as a lead lure, trying to gain a little more market share than they have had so far.
I'm very curious about your thoughts, because my perspective is that of an agency owner. I was on the other side for many years and then I was billed on a flat fee basis, so I may not have certain thoughts or perspectives that you will be able to share with me.
So be sure to write to me, both if you are on the agency side and on the client side, what your point of view is on charging for results.
Respect for other people's work
