Part-time work is supported at all levels. balance with flexible annual working hours. Last but not least, the agency has significantly increased the proportion of women in management roles in recent years. Diversity is not just preached, but lived in everyday life. So it is not just lip service when I say that equal pay and protection from discrimination are a matter of course for us. And I know from discussions with colleagues from the management of other agencies that the issue of diversity is being worked on with the same seriousness.

But let's face it: Our industry is not an easy place and combining work and family is also challenging in day-to-day agency life. The pressure to be available from clients is immense, and nigeria rcs data managing large teams or mandates with a small part-time workload is difficult to manage. Last but not least, the social conditions force many women to reduce their workload to 50 or 60 percent during an important phase of their career. The agency needs to consciously create opportunities to bridge this phase. But it also needs brave men and women who take advantage of the opportunities and a society that is prepared to rethink outdated role models.

I agree with Edith Hollenstein. Signaling that you understand women once a year with opportunistic actions would not help anyone. But neither would getting annoyed once a year about how bad the proportion of women is.
