Fix 3: Update Printer Drivers
Outdated drivers can also cause problems when trying to set up a default printer in Windows. Updating drivers using Device Manager can help resolve these issues.
Right-click on the Start button and select Device Manager algeria mobile database from the menu that appears.
Once the Device Manager opens, click on Universal Serial Bus controllers at the bottom to expand it.
Right-click on "USB Composite Device" and select "Update Driver" from the menu.
Click "Search automatically for driver software" in the dialog box that appears on your screen.
If Windows finds a new driver, it will download and install it. Restart your computer, and then try setting up your printer again.
Fix 4: Prevent Windows from Automatically Managing Your Default Printer
Windows by default automatically manages the printer that you set as the default printer. Sometimes this can cause problems like the error "The operation could not be completed". In such a case, disabling this option may help solve the problem.
