For the bureaucratic system of any state, the physical fact of the birth of a child is not the main factor confirming the birth of a new life; the main thing is the presence of a document that confirms this very fact.
The procedure for obtaining a birth certificate may differ slightly in different countries, but the general principles are similar. In Russia, the following procedure applies:
Birth of a child. The fact of the birth of a child must be oman mobile database registered in a medical institution (maternity hospital, hospital) or by an authorized medical worker who delivered the child at home. The Family Code of the Russian Federation (Article 48) establishes that the origin of a child from the mother (maternity) is established on the basis of documents confirming the birth of the child by the mother in a medical institution, and in the case of the birth of a child outside a medical institution on the basis of medical documents, witness testimony or other evidence.
Medical birth certificate. The medical institution issues a medical birth certificate, which is the basis for obtaining a birth certificate from the Civil Registry Office.

One of the parents (or an authorized person) contacts the Civil Registry Office with a birth application, a medical birth certificate, parents' passports (or identity documents), and a marriage certificate (if the parents are married). In most cases, the application is not submitted directly to the Civil Registry Office, but through the MFC.
Registration and issuance of a certificate. The employee of the Civil Registry Office registers the fact of birth, assigns a unique birth registration number to the child and issues a birth certificate.
