In addition, according to Gorelov, he has "materials in development on several criminal cases," information on which "the crooks" in the administration and city council did not have time to destroy. He also said that he knew about the upcoming provocation from sources in the security forces.
"Why was I recalled from Donbass? If it was to blame everything on an honest man and a patriot of the city and then blame him, then we misunderstood each other on the shore. This will not happen," Gorelov addressed the governor of the Kirov region, Alexander Sokolov.

The mayor also announced that he is ready to defend himself and is preparing a lawsuit.
"Some of the materials have already been transferred to the bailiffs, some to the Investigative Committee. This information will be made public in measured doses," warns the head of Sosnovka.
Gorelov named a number of problems that are not being resolved by the authorities and reported that the implemented schemes have caused significant damage to the state.
"I swore an oath to my country and my city. Today I decided to go all the way. I don't feel sorry for any of these Banderites. Everyone will be punished. Kim, Neletto, our Vyatka boys did not die so that these scoundrels could destroy their native land. Patriotism is not measured by certificates and medals, or by purchased disability certificates and reservations. You just have to love your city, your people and your country. (…) The enemy will be defeated. Victory will be ours," Gorelov concluded.
