2. Call for Proposals: European Yearbook of Constitutional Law. The European Yearbook of Constitutional Law (EYCL) invites scholars from around the world to submit proposals for its 2023 issue on “Constitutional law and the algorithmic state”. The deadline for proposals is 1 June 2022.
3. Law & Nature Dialogue Webinar. The Centre for Environmental Law, Macquarie University, Darug Nation (Sydney, Australia) is hosting its first Law & Nature Dialogue webinar of 2022. They welcome Prof. Zhao Yun, Henry Cheng Professor in International Law and Head of Department of Law at the University of Hong Kong (HKU), to present the talk titled “Space Commercialisation and Space Sustainability: A Softening of Space Law?” on Monday 21 March at 1pm AEDT. 4. Summer School on Labour Migration in the European Union. From 27 June – 7 July 2022, the second edition of the Summer School on Labour Migration in the European Union (EULab Summer School) will be organised by the Department of Law of the University of Naples Federico II with the cooperation of the Institute for Research on Innovation and Services Development of the National Research Council of Italy (CNR – IRISS). The Summer School is open to postgraduate students in the fields of Law, International Relations and Social Science who intend to deepen their knowledge on labour migration to Europe from the specific lens of international and EU law. The Summer School activities will include daily lectures as well as daily activities (e.g., workshops, seminars, roundtables) that will encourage debates and discussion on practical cases. 7. Climate Conference. The Centre for European and International Legal Affairs (CEILA), Queen Mary University of London, will host a conference together with Clyde & Co LLP at which arbitrators, practitioners, investors and academics will be discussing, from their own perspectives, how to turn climate-related aspirations into reality, whilst still honouring net- zero commitments, respecting the environment and human rights, protecting investors and facilitating growth.
