Benji is reassured. He has two brief thoughts: Oh, where did anyone find the means to copy a security card from a system they'd never seen before? And Hey, what wouldn't have been stupid is to change the cards a little early, like a day or a couple of hours, just to avoid having to stick to an ultra-risky schedule . But he gives up, goes to the mainframe, downloads My Calendar.txt, and leaves whistling.

He doesn't know that beneath his feet, a tragedy has unfolded. Hampered by the current that had restarted, Ethan was unable to open the airlock to escape, and so he drowned. Fortunately, Lisa came to his rescue, pulled him out of the airlock, and revived him (his brain is clinically dead, but as has always been more or less the case, it's okay)passage with a defibrillator. The bad guys do pirouettes that hurt them, the good guys get hurt too, but not too much, and when both bad guys and cars are ruined, Ethan grabs a motorcycle to chase Lisa. She ends up losing him after knocking him off his motorcycle at 220 kilometers per hour, without a helmet and wearing only a flowered shirt.
