Collabs will provide communication with clients and external contractors directly in your Bitrix24. What is included in the collab: chat, calendar, tasks and files. This is all that the external user will see, no access to confidential information and no risk of leakage.

After that, he downloads the application, logs in and gets into your collab. All collab participants see each other's tasks, understand the stages of work and easily fill in time for meetings, according to the current internal calendar.



Tasks and projects
New reports will appear here, with the help of which it will be possible to manage the efficiency and workload of the employee. It will be possible to see where the employee receives the most tasks from, from which department or specific person, their speed of completing tasks.

Streams have also been upgraded. Now, when adding a task to a Stream, several scenarios will appear for who will work with it:
the team will receive a notification, and the available employee will be able to take it on independently;
the manager will manually select the person in charge;
the task will be automatically assigned to the next performer in the queue.
