"Altai Pharmacies" automated customer calls by implementing a robot operator from VS Robotics. The solution, which is based on artificial intelligence technologies, is aimed at informing residents of the Altai Territory about the receipt of discounted prescription drugs in pharmacies.

Previously, pharmacists had to call clients manually, which amounted to about 500 calls per day throughout the Altaya Pharmacy network. Thanks to the integrated solution, when a certain medicine arrives at the pharmacy, the robot operator independently finds the contacts of patients who need it, informs about its availability, the location of the pharmacy and its working hours. At the same time, the robot operator records the feedback received from the interlocutors: consent to come for the medicine, no opportunity to come to the pharmacy, the medicine has already been received, etc.

This is our first project in the pharmaceutical sector, and at the initial stage of launch, the robot showed excellent results.
