"Altai Pharmacies" automated customer calls by implementing a robot operator from VS Robotics. The solution, which is based on artificial intelligence technologies, is aimed at informing residents of the Altai Territory about the receipt of discounted prescription drugs in pharmacies.

At the same time, the robot operator records the feedback received from the interlocutors: consent to come for the medicine, no opportunity to come to the pharmacy, the medicine has already been received, etc.
