Nowadays, working on islands is not an democratic donor email list option. And by working on islands we mean that the work groups or departments of a company cannot be dispersed and disconnected from each other.

The new way of managing companies has changed progressively.

The company has moved from a traditional structure characterized by poor communication between senior management and operational staff to a vision of quality in terms of teamwork.

Teamwork, in addition to making people start using the tools available to the company, promotes greater participation and empowerment in the activities of a given company.

The exact translation
Brainstorming is an English term that can be translated as “brainstorming”.

What do you think of brainstorming as? It's nothing more than making proposals upon proposals, and perhaps an idea that one team member has can be completed by another.

Perhaps, as a marketer, you've found yourself stuck, unable to come up with a good idea for a creative project.

But the moment you start talking to your coworkers or colleagues, ideas start to emerge.

This is often how the human brain works when it comes to creativity.

Good ideas come when you least expect them, but by talking and relaxing, your brain is more likely to collaborate and give you the brightest ideas to solve a problem.

Do the experiment and you will see that, as a team , ideas are more and better.

What is Brainstorming?
Brainstorming is a technique used to generate large amounts of ideas that arise within the meeting of a group of people, through the promotion of their participation and creative thinking .

Brainstorming is a tool used to identify the causes of a problem and its possible solutions .

It is also used for discussing new concepts or planning alternative solutions.

In short, brainstorming is a strategic and creative tool used for problem solving and idea proposal.

This concept was first described in history by Alex F. Osborn in 1953 in his book Applied Imagination: The Principles and Procedures of Creative Thinking.

However, the definition was finally consolidated in 1983, when Osborn realized that the best ideas come from teamwork without a hierarchical structure, with everyone working in a completely horizontal manner.

The dynamic that Osborn proposed consisted of the group of people without hierarchy expressing their ideas freely and all being taken into account.

Thus, it was concluded that working individually when looking for new ideas and solutions is at a disadvantage compared to teamwork, in which ideas are free and arise spontaneously, in a varied and creative way.
