Set priorities
Knowing how to prioritize your workloads is essential when it comes to organizing your time better. If you have a task that needs to be completed urgently, there is a deadline, or a colleague needs you to finish it so they can complete their own work, take advantage of your most productive hours to get everything done.

Make a schedule
If your calendar is full of pending tasks, it is very likely that at the end of the day you will not have completed them. It is best to be realistic with your time and your performance and distribute them throughout the week based on these criteria. This will take away that feeling of stress and overwhelm that comes from not having met the objectives you had set for yourself.

Put your phone aside
New technologies can easily distract you and take up part of your work day without you even realising. It is best to leave your mobile phone on silent, in airplane mode or, if you need to make and receive calls, deactivate notifications from social networks and other entertainment applications.

Take breaks
It is very important that you take the breaks you need as long as you do so in moderation and do not exceed 5-10 minutes. If you need to concentrate and your head is not able to pay all the attention required by the task you are doing, it is advisable to rest. Getting some fresh air for a few minutes will activate your mind.

Get ahead of work
As far as possible, it is advisable to get as much work done ahead of schedule as possible. If you have met your goals ahead of schedule one day, take a look at what you have left to do that week. This will allow you to get a feel for the tasks and deadlines of the coming days and deal with any unforeseen events that may arise.
