The topic of personal data protection, privacy in the broad sense of the word. In addition, I would note the evolution of all kinds of DDoS attacks. We encountered this at the end of 2014. I don’t know why, but a number of LNR and DNR resources were hosted with us. At the height of the events in Ukraine, we were under a real siege. If before that we had one or two DDoS attacks per year, then in November 2014 we observed several dozen of them per week.
Our hosting was down then about 20% of the time. This is a fantastically high amount. Since then, we have been systematically solving this problem. Now we use solutions that provide multi-level protection against such threats. Despite this, in April last year we encountered examples of more sophisticated attacks. We again had to update our approaches to cyber defense. Now, from the moment a vulnerability in hardware or software is announced to an attack that exploits this vulnerability, only a few hours pass. Therefore, in this area, in order to “stand still, you need to run very fast.”
will "die" in the near future. If so, what tools will replace japan whatsapp data in the next 3-5 years? What technologies will users use to pay online and offline?
I will allow myself to disagree with German Oskarovich, at least for the near future. Psychology and habit are very important in money. In the USA people still write out paper checks, and they do not die, because at one time society "sat" very tightly on them and absolutely everyone was taught this method. Approximately the same thing happened in Russia and Europe with bank cards. Yes, of course, everything is gradually "moving" to mobile devices, but if you visit Europe, you will be surprised how rarely they use mobile payments, i.e. society is quite conservative in changing its habits in relation to finances. Therefore, in the next 2-3 years, the number of bank cards, I think, will not even decrease.
