Participants. This chat is only available to administrators. It is used to invite and remove from the team, and set access rights.
Help Desk: A live chat where you can quickly connect with a Compass technical specialist.
Main chat. General group chat, all participants added to the space get into it.
Notes. A user's personal chat where you can write down your ideas or to-do list for the day.
Thank you. This chat stores all the team's thanks. To thank a user, just click the special button in their card. The thanks will appear in this chat.
Further, inside the space, you can create the necessary team chats in unlimited quantities. Chats can also be sorted by adding them to "Favorites". Then they will be pinned on top of the others.
In Compass, you can communicate with colleagues in a personal chat and create cyprus phone number list group chats. What features are available for team collaboration:
Threads or comments to messages, both in personal and group chats. Threads help structure communication, all messages on one topic will be moved to a separate discussion thread.
Message reminders allow you to return to the discussion later. They can be set for any time. The reminder will come in 15 minutes or in 2 days.
Reactions : Users can mark a post as having read the information. Participants can see who left a reaction.
Mentions: The @ symbol is used to mention other members.
Quotes: You can select a colleague's message and quote it.
Text formatting: You can select a word or phrase to emphasize its importance by using bold, italics.
File sharing: Users can send documents, images and videos to each other.
Voice messages. Chats have voice recordings, their acceleration when listening .
Global search. You can search chats, files and documents.
Setting up participant rights
Compass has flexible settings for participant rights. For example, you can prohibit messenger users from downloading files or inviting other people to the team. Moreover, such settings can be set individually for each employee.
