New Russian drones "Microbe" with artificial intelligence have appeared in the SVO zone

Several thousand Mikrob kamikaze drones, developed in Novosibirsk, were delivered to the special military operation (SVO) zone. This drone with elements of artificial intelligence (AI) has unique qualities: the Russian military is currently actively using it on the battlefield.
What is known about the newest Russian FPV drones "Microbe"
It became known on January 23 that the newest Russian drones "Microbe" are actively used in the SVO zone. At the same time, according to media reports , along with the drones, the military also received "Kasatka" drone repeaters.
The distinctive feature of the "Microbe" is that it has elements nepal mobile database of AI, thanks to which it can independently track a captured target.
As the drone's creator Alexander Gryaznov noted earlier, thanks to its features, the drone can track a target regardless of its maneuvers. And the "Microbe" has sufficient dynamic characteristics to fly with overloads and at high speeds. At the same time, the drone has a modular design, so it can be prepared to perform various specific tasks. For example, the "Microbe" can be used as an attack drone or as a reconnaissance drone.
"In combat, different things need to be used in different conditions. Thermal imaging instruments need to work at night, there are different radio frequency windows in different areas of the front. Accordingly, different receiving and transmitting devices need to be installed according to control and video frequencies. The main thing is to understand the balance so that the device is not too saturated with additional parts and the soldiers at the front do not have to endlessly fold these structures," Gryaznov said.
What are the advantages of Microbe drones?

Speaking about the advantages of the Mikrob drone, military expert Vasily Dandykin noted that it is significantly cheaper than many other drones used by the armed forces. Another advantage of the Mikrob is its ability to overcome the enemy's electronic warfare (EW). The creator of the drone previously noted that the drone navigates in space using an autopilot with a neural network. The Mikrob uses machine vision technologies through a camera and sees the target, which is why signal jammers simply do not work against it.
