ArrowMedia Agency Connects to HRlink's KEDO Platform

Post by monira444 »

Digital agency ArrowMedia has switched to paperless HR document management using the HRlink platform. About 300 employees of the company from offices in Moscow and Krasnoyarsk can now sign documents online. The company has significantly accelerated HR records management and relieved the routine workload of the HR specialist.

Digital agency ArrowMedia has been operating since 2004 and is engaged in online advertising with an emphasis on analytical solutions. The company's clients include the largest federal players in the FMCG, construction, retail and other segments.

The agency's staff consists of 300 people. The company has two offices - in Moscow and Krasnoyarsk, where about a third of the employees work. At the same time, only one HR specialist was in charge of HR list of us mobile number database documents in the company. He had to send papers from Moscow to Krasnoyarsk twice a month, and also regularly exchange documents with employees. This took a lot of time and increased the volume of waste paper used.

The decision was made to optimize the process by eliminating paper in HR records management and switching to electronic document management. The main criterion when searching for a suitable platform was ease of use — ordinary employees should be able to easily figure out the service so as not to waste a lot of time on training and constant explanations. In addition, the possibilities of integrating the platform with the company's internal resources and its corporate portal were taken into account.

The ArrowMedia team opted for the HR EDI service from HRlink, which scored the most points after evaluating the advantages of solutions presented on the market.

It took three months to prepare and implement paperless HR document management in the agency's processes. During this time, the HR specialist underwent training in working with the system, after which, with the support of the HRlink team, it was possible to connect almost the entire agency staff to the service. For the convenience of the company's employees, filling out the vacation schedule was saved inside the agency's ERP system: in order not to duplicate data on two sites, all document processing takes place on the HR EDI platform, and due to synchronization with 1C, information on vacations is pulled into the ERP.

In the future, with the support of the HRlink team, it is planned to establish integration of the service directly with the corporate portal.
