The CPI assesses the perception of corruption in governments and public sectors in different countries. With 38 points, Brazil ranked 94th out of 180 countries assessed by the IPC in 2022. This was the third consecutive year that the country received the same score. However, it rose from 96th to 94th place, as other countries received lower scores, falling in the ranking.
Countries such as Argentina, Ethiopia, Morocco and Tanzania kuwait mobile database received the same score as Brazil in this index. First place goes to Denmark, which has 90 points, followed by Finland and New Zealand, both with 87 points.
