3. Scrum Team. It includes specialists familiar with many functions and working on the creation of the product from start to finish. The team includes representatives of different professions, each with their own view and opinion. There is no hierarchy, no one sends down a task "from above", everyone in the team sets tasks for themselves, realistically assessing their own capabilities. An important component of the work of the Scrum Team is mutual assistance, they are all responsible for the result. If the team is large, then it is divided into several such teams, which include from three to nine employees.

4. User Story. Consists of user requirements for the product, which answer questions about its functions, design, and what it should be like to be easy to use?

5. Product Backlog. It contains the users' prioritized netherlands email list opinions regarding the product.

6. Sprint. Task execution cycles or time periods that can last from one to four weeks. During this period, the team must develop a product ready for testing. Users share their impressions of its operation. The sprint includes several stages: planning, work, presentation of the result, and analysis. Specialists within the team decide for themselves how many tasks they can complete during one sprint.

Artem Molchanov says that throughout the sprint, the product owner forms a single whole with the team. In essence, he acts as the head of the family, is engaged in motivation, and constantly communicates with employees. If the team is unable to complete a task, the product owner asks to find other options. Together they find a new solution.
