It was created by the Moscow company "RJ-Com", and the customer was OOO "BIOEN Terminal", founded in 2019 by the Croatian company VDM Energija - BioEn.

The product is designed to support decision-making by the "Energy system control center" using mathematical and spatial modeling and digital twins, as well as to consolidate digital flows in energy and integrate them with related systems of the company.
The award was received by the Head of the Energy Projects and Strategies Department of PJSC Gazprom Neft Ildar Gainanov, the General Director of Simpl Group Mikhail Savinykh and the Commercial Director of Simpl Group Igor Sivkov.

I would like to thank all of us for the successful implementation of this project, especially our esteemed customers for not being afraid of this adventure, and we implemented a really cool solution that has no analogues in Russia," said Mikhail Savinykh.
In the nomination "Best project for import substitution of a business process automation (RPA) system", the winner was the project "Accounting and inventory of property using RFID technology" from Softline Digital, implemented for Portenergo LLC, which owns a terminal for transshipment of liquefied hydrocarbon gases in Ust-Luga, operated by Sibur.
The solution allows to reduce labor costs for inventory and operational accounting of property due to marking and inventory of objects, as well as data exchange with external systems. After its implementation, the FTE (full-time equivalent) indicator decreased fivefold.
The award was received by Softline Digital Business Development Director Anton Salin and Portenergo LLC Digital Technologies Manager Vitaly Lyubchik.
"This is the first large-scale project using RFID technology in the oil and gas industry. We do not intend to stop there and are moving forward," said Anton Salin.
