Who has problems?

Post by tanjimajuha20 »

Problems with adding software to Russoft.ru were confirmed to RBC by several companies.

As Vladimir Arlazarov, usa cell phone number list CEO of Smart Engines (developing document recognition software), said, the company submitted an application to publish their IT solution on the marketplace via the Gosuslugi portal on November 21–22. On December 7, a representative of the marketplace informed Smart Engines that the process of adding the product would take 15–20 business days. On Saturday, February 11, a representative of Russoft.ru responded to the company's clarifying request that the solution would be published on the marketplace in late February–early March. The company's products are already in the main registry of Russian software.

The company "Raketa" (developing a digital platform for organizing business trips and managing expenses) submitted an application in the summer and immediately received confirmation, but to date their IT solution has not appeared on the marketplace, says the company's Director of Marketing and Communications Daria Zubritskaya. "We have repeatedly sent letters to the resource and received a response that our application has been received and information about the product will appear soon. The deadlines have been postponed several times. As Russoft.ru technical support explained, the reason is that there are a lot of IT solutions, contractors do not have time to quickly add them all," she shared.

Vladimir Ulyanov, head of the analytical center at Zecurion, pointed out that for external observers, that is, companies, there is a feeling that "changes to the system are currently on hold": "We can only guess why this is so, whether there are some technical or organizational difficulties or whether this is a deliberate decision to suspend filling the marketplace." He suggested that the problems with filling Russoft.ru are related either to the upcoming "significant changes in the regulations or format of the marketplace" or to the lack of specific performers who would add and edit information about products. "The fact is that the current format does not imply direct changes or additions to records in the marketplace. Each new product must undergo preliminary moderation, that is, verification, and only after that can it appear in the search results," the RBC source explains the scheme. He draws attention to the fact that currently applicant companies send information about their products, but their new cards do not appear in the public domain on the marketplace. "Such a delay may be related to the pre-moderation mechanism, which is used as one of the filters to avoid the appearance of "left" products, and manually checking the information from the site and the registry of domestic software can be a time-consuming task."

According to another market participant, the creators of Russoft.ru initially promised that applications would be processed within 10-14 days. Another difficulty in submitting an application, according to him, is the link to "Gosuslugi", due to which the session in the personal account is cancelled every 40 minutes, which complicates the process of filling out the application.
